to produce these stunning images, using Cinderella Hair
Extensions. |

"I've always been fascinated
with the idea of weightlessness and unpredictability
of hair underwater and how my techniques would work in
a hostile environment. Whilst wind machines have been
used in hair photography in the past, water poses a totally
different challenge and requires an approach to hair
unlike any other environment. To get the required look
on Keira, I used lead to counteract buoyancy and Vaseline
to protect the hair products from the dissolving qualities
of the 35 degree water. I tested the Cinderella Hair
extensions in the bath before the shoot to ensure that
everything worked as planned.
It has been fantastic to work with Candice and with superstars like Keira Knightley and Lily Cole using Cinderella Hair extensions, particularly in pursuit of the WaterAid cause. As hairstylists, we have always been accustomed to offering our clients a relaxing hair cleanse and conditioning using pure water straight from the mains supply. It is ironic that there are people in underdeveloped countries who are denied a basic necessity of pure drinking water
