About Cinderella Hair’s Professional Online Accounts
If you are new to Cinderella Hair and we do not have any records of yourself or your business, upon creating your Cinderella Hair professional account, you will receive 2x emails, 1 which confirms your account has been created and further email which will request more information about your business and your qualifications.
Once you have created your account you will see a message that reads “Please wait for your account to be activated. Thank you for registering with Cinderella Hair.” In order to activate your Cinderella Hair account, you will need to respond by directly replying to the email you would have received with the relevant information which is titled “Your Cinderella Hair account has not yet been activated.”
If you do try to login to your account immediately after you have created your Cinderella Hair account, you may see a message which reads “This account is not activated.” If you do receive this message, please ensure you have replied to the email titled “Your Cinderella Hair account has not yet been activated.”
Once you have responded to the email, a Cinderella Hair team member will be in touch to help you with the next steps. Please allow 24 hours for a team member to be in touch and longer on weekends or public holidays.
If you are a Cinderella Hair approved salon already and are creating an online account, we will activate this as soon as possible for you.
Steps to activating your Cinderella Hair account.
- Once you have created your account look out for an email from us titled “Your Cinderella Hair account has not yet been activated.”
- Reply directly to that email with the relevant information.
- A Cinderella Hair team member will be in touch to help you with the next steps. Please allow 24 hours for a reply from a team member and longer on weekends or public holidays.
Please note these steps are only for non-existing Cinderella Hair approved salons. If you are a Cinderella Hair approved salon already and are creating an online account, we will activate this as soon as possible for you and you will not need to complete these steps.
