It’s Fri-Yay and over the course of the week, I have been exploring far & wide, in search of my favorite new hair styles, hot new hair trends & ball ready hair.
This week I was presented with a rather unique & beautiful ombré hair hue from Sophie & Aimee at the Phoenix Lounge Salon in London Colney, I recap on my favorite styles from the SS16 fashion week shows and much, much more!

Sophie & Aimee From The Phoenix Lounge Talk Us Through The Viral Look
This week I was presented with a rather unique & beautiful ombré hair hue from Sophie & Aimee at the Phoenix Lounge Salon in London Colney.
The hue is an eclectic two tone ombré style comprising of the on trend “Granny Chic” colour, progressively transcending into a beautiful pastel pink.
This week I caught up with both Sophie & Aimee to discuss how this magical creation was brought to life.
Sophie Brooks, the owner of the Phoenix Lounge Salon, explains how she has been using Cinderella Hair for as long as she can remember and loves to experiment with the hair as she is 100% certain she can trust the quality.
Sophie goes on to explain how the look was created “The Cinderella Hair Extensions I am currently wearing have been in for around 3 ½ months, so they are due to come out, so I thought I would experiment and see what creation I could achieve”
“With myself and Aimee both brainstorming, we decided to opt for the Granny Grey colour, but we wanted to put our own individual stamp onto the style.”
“My hair colour was already a light blonde, so the grey colour was easily achievable”
Aimee goes on to explain how the progressive pastel pink came into play.
“We had some pink Cinderella Hair Pastel Shade extensions left from a shot we had recently done with the creative team at Cinderella, so I decided to apply the pastel pink extensions by layering them from around midway of Sophie’s hair. This created a beautiful, flattering ombré look”
This look has certainly been verified by our masses of Facebook fans with over 3.5k likes!
Cinderella Hair advice’s to always do a strand test before applying any kind of hair dye to extensions.
This Weeks In Vogue Colour
It is certainly the right thing to do by awarding this weeks in vogue colour to our pastel pink shade.
The pastel pink shade has with out a doubt been the most popular shade over the course of 2015 and even though we maybe heading into winter, it is not showing any signs of slowing down.

Cinderella’s Fashion Week’s Style Recap
Over the month of the SS16 fashion week shows I presented my favorite styles but as we all know the shows have come to an end *sad face*, so I thought I would recap on the magical styles I saw across the two most fashionable continents on the globe.
From New York Fashion Week, we had the Sumo Knot which was certainly my favorite look from our friends across the pond!
The Sumo Knot At NYFW
The not so glamourous style, just turned extremely glamorous! Inspired by Japanese Sumo Wrestlers, yes you did read that right, this sleek cultural mane is somewhat eye catching!
Using pinned hair extensions, the look is easily achievable & the perfect style for catching any eye.
Heading back across the Atlantic and my favourite look from London Fashion Week is represented in true British Style!
Elegant Bouncy Waves At LFW
Elegance is something that will always be part of every women’s lifestyle and the LFW runways provided us with plenty of elegant styles.
Deep bouncy waves are my personal favourite and they where on cue to provide us with a touch of sophisticated glamour.

Now to transition over to the City of Milan and in true Italian style, Milan Fashion Week was full of passion and drama, but I am focusing on the hair, and is there anything better than an updo with a unique twist?
The Unique Updo
The updo is something that has become very much a permanent stature when it comes to hair, but at Milan Fashion Week, I encountered a slightly unique updo, that if you don’t mind me saying is rather magical!
This unique updo is actually a high ponytail flipped to the side and clipped in place with some beautiful hairware.
The style produced a feeling of youth and gave the updo an exciting, unique, new twist.
I am pretty certain we can count on this unique updo style for almost every occasion for many Grand Balls to come!
Next I head over to Paris, the city of Love!
The Tribal Tresses At PFW
Tribal Tresses, the perfect name to suite this unique, extravagant style.
Comprising of cornrows & a Medusa-like bun the Tribal style isn’t something I would necessarily appoint of my style of choice, especially from a prestige event like Paris Fashion Week.
You might now be wondering why I have chosen this look and the answer is simple.
The Valentino runway models executed the “tribal Africa” look perfectly, breaking an ethnical barrier through the means of fashion & hair, displaying diversity and showcasing it on a big stage!
This look may not be ball ready hair, but it certainly is something that speaks to everyone

Let’s face everyone loves the Duchess of Cambridge and the same rule applies when we talk about her hair!
Kate is always seen flaunting an elegant hair do and her recent style change during the course of 2015 has been right up there with the best!
If you don’t know that Kate recently presented a fringe, then where have you been for the best part of 2 months!?
