The Henley Pop-In Extension since its launch in October 2016 has been an extremely popular method with our Cinderella Hair Approved Salons & their clients, so we thought it was time we asked Claire some questions on her experience applying The Henley Pop-In Extension.

Claire, how long have you been using Cinderella Hair?

I have been using Cinderella Hair since 2012, the brand is extremely popular across Europe and I had heard a lot about Cinderella Hair, so for me it was the obvious choice.

What was the main Cinderella Hair feature(s) that really stood out for you?

I always chose quality and Cinderella Hair’s range of Pre Bonded extensions have always been second to none. When I first started using Cinderella Hair it was just the 100% Remy Human Pre Bonded Extension range that was available and as Cinderella Hair is cuticle correct it avoids tangling.

So you have been using Cinderella Hair’s Pre Bonded Range for 5 years. What made you try the Henley Pop-In Extension?

If I am honest, I was a little bit unsure of trying a new method, you know what it is like when you become extremely used to something. I had a client who was really keen to try the Henley Pop-In Extension, so of course I offered my expert Cinderella Hair services.

How did you find the Henley Pop-In Extension Application?

The design of Cinderella Hair’s Henley Pop-In Extension makes it extremely quick and easy to apply, the fold on the top acts as a curtain to hide the micro rings or keratin bonds and also protects the scalp from rubbing – that is a massive tick in my box. As the fold has pre-made holes to easily draw the clients natural hair through the application took me around 45 minutes using Cinderella Hair’s Micro Rings.

What application method & weight did you use?

For this client I used micro rings and I applied 2 of the 40 gram packets.

Did you find the hair quality of The Henley Pop-In Extension to be as good as Cinderella Hair’s Pre Bonded Range?

I can always rely on Cinderella Hair to provide myself and my clients with the best possible quality hair extensions, so I wasn’t in any doubt at all. Cinderella Hair’s Henley Pop-In Extension is 100% Remy Human Cuticle correct hair and had the exact same quality feel as the pre bonded range.

What aftercare advice or products do you advice your clients to use?

After applying Cinderella Hair, regardless of method I always advice the client to use Cinderella Hair’s Caviar & Red Algae Extract Shampoo along with the Anti-Static and Keratin enriched Conditioner. The reason for this is because I know that is 100% sulphate free and does not contain any oils that could cause the hair extensions to slip.

I also always make sure my clients know that they must brush there Cinderella Hair Extensions from the bottom up, Cinderella Hair’s Natural Bristle Brush is the perfect answer as it does not pull on the bonds or the roots of natural hair.

The best piece of advice I can personally give though, is treat your hair extensions as you would your natural hair and don’t overuse heat styling tools. Heat styling tools can cause damage to your hair extensions as well as your natural hair.
